About Lleweni
Lleweni was a two year project. A stunning conversion of a historic Grade II* Listed Carriage building and range of Listed barns.
The buildings were on the Buildings at risk register and were converted into 17 luxurious homes set within five acres of private and landscaped grounds sloping down to the banks of the River Clywd. This project received numerous awards recognising both its conservation work and build quality.
Lleweni was awarded the North Wales Building Award in recognition of the quality of conservation work carried out and was shortlisted by The Daily Post for Residential Development of the Year.
